The CAB, New Yorks revival
The CAB's roots are in the United States where its sisterships were trend-setters in the Roaring Twenties. It was in those days that ships like The CAB were used primarily as vessels for ferrying wealthy industrialist from there country estates on Long Island to their offices on Manhattan. And during Prohibition, they were used for smuggling and transporting alcoholic beverages. Later, more bridges and better roads meant an end to The CAB as a means of transport. But Menken Martiem is once again riviging this rich history: yesterdays character combined with todays comfort.
